By accessing or using Yukon TradeLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Tradespeople must provide accurate business information and complete our verification process.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in profiles, jobs, and quotes
• Communicate respectfully and honour agreed appointments
• Comply with all applicable laws, licences, and insurance requirements
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harassing activity

4. Payments

Payments are processed through our secure payment provider. Funds are held by Yukon TradeLink until the work is completed and released to the tradesperson according to our release process.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on actual work performed. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or appear manipulated.

6. Limitation of liability

Yukon TradeLink is a connection platform. We are not responsible for the quality of work, disputes, or damages between users. Users agree to resolve disputes directly or through our dispute resolution process when available.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform community.
